Exchanges When exchanging an item please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to ensure we have the correct size to amend your order, then you will be advised from there. Your Refund amount will be for the item returned and not for any postage paid. Adapted items such as 'Grip applied' or custom complete skateboards are subject to be non refundable due to the item not being in the original condition at the request of the customer. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive back.

Footwear must be received back unworn with any additional items such as attached spare laces intact. Please note Clothing must be received back perfectly folded, unworn, tags attached, unscented (aftershave etc.), no mark/flaws, with original packaging and content.
